Snaphost is a file hosting and sharing service that lets users upload images and PDFs, create shareable public links, and manage content through optional accounts.

By using Snaphost, you agree to these Terms and to follow all applicable laws and platform rules.

You may use Snaphost anonymously for supported upload flows, or sign in to manage uploads, profile data, and username-based links.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must not upload malware, exploit files, illegal content, deceptive content, or anything that violates other people’s rights.

You must not use Snaphost to harass people, distribute spam, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.

You retain rights to the content you upload, but you grant Snaphost the permissions needed to host, process, display, and deliver that content to the people you share it with.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to upload and share each file.

Files shared through Snaphost links may be accessible to anyone who has the link.

Do not upload sensitive information unless you understand and accept the risks of public sharing.

Snaphost is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, but we aim to keep the service fast and reliable.

Snaphost uses third-party infrastructure and services for authentication, storage, and hosting. Their terms and policies may also apply to your use of the platform.

We may restrict or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users or the service.

You may stop using Snaphost at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Snaphost after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
